Abstract

The case report present the case of a young men with bladder cancer that previously underwent radical cistectomy with orthotopic neobladder (ON), converted to ileal conduct due to early surgical complications, who demanded a further ON conversion because of a perceived strong altered self-body image to affect QoL hugely.
